Returns Accepted

• • Product received is wrong or damaged
• • Product differs from description
• • Product is unused and in original packaging
• • All tags and labels are intact

Returns Not Accepted

• • Used or damaged products
• • Food items (unless defective)
• • After 7 day period has passed
• • Products without packaging or tags

Return Process

1. 1. Go to "My Orders" from your profile
2. 2. Select the order to return
3. 3. Click on "Request Return"
4. 4. Provide reason for return
5. 5. Our courier will pick up the product
6. 6. Refund will be processed after receiving product

Refund Method

Refund will be processed to the original payment method. If you paid via COD, refund will be via bank transfer.
